OUTLINE OF AIMS, OBJECTIVES AND SERVICES
· Regalon International
aims to create A ONE STOP SHOP.
· Regalon International aims
to save money, time and endless telephone calls in making
the acquisition of land and house purchase in Ghana stress
free.
· Regalon International will work with The Lands Commission
and Ghana Real Estate Developers Association (GREDA) by ensuring
that houses are constructed on legally acquired and designated
land for residential purposes.
· Introducing buyers to as many reputable housing developers
as possible in Ghana. The aim is to give a wide selection
of properties to choose from. Hence exposing purchasers to
different types of properties and prices. Our aim is to give
our clients a wider selection of properties.
· Purchasers will view a wide selection of properties through
brochures, photographs and video to show the choice and diversity
of what is on offer in Ghana.
· We will ensure that those wishing to purchase land are able
to buy serviced plot lands which would have the basic infrastructure
such as, electricity, drains and telephone lines.
· Regalon International will assist in organising the financing
of land and house purchase through mortgage companies such
as Home Finance Company (HFC).
· Assist clients with equity in their UK properties and other
financial instruments to re-finance, as a deposit or outright
purchase of land and houses.
· Regalon International will introduce clients to a team of
UK based solicitors with experience of conveyancing matters
in Ghana.
· To provide a database of reputable Architects, Quantity
Surveyors, Valuers, Project Managers and other professional
bodies in the building industry as required, both in the UK
and Ghana.
· To provide information on the current government legislation
of land and home ownership in Ghana.
· Regalon International would also provide a window of opportunities
for UK based residents requiring sale of their existing Ghanaian
properties to UK applicants.
